Refund Policy

Lost Stolen or Damaged Tickets

Please keep your tickets in a safe place. TicketDhamaka is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets and will not refund your order if you cannot locate your tickets once they are delivered to you. TicketDhamaka is a Marketplace and not associated with any venue, so we do not generate tickets and cannot reissue replacements.


All Sales are FINAL

All sales are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. This policy is necessary because of our status as a live marketplace, when a purchase is confirmed, the Event Manager removes the associated tickets from their inventory.


THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES or TRANSFERS FOR EVENT AND MOVIE TICKET PURCHASES. YOU PURCHASE EVENT TICKETS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. IF YOU ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR TICKET PURCHASE, YOU MUST RESOLVE THE MATTER DIRECTLY WITH THE EVENT MANAGEMENT. IF THE EVENT MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTS US TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE YOUR TICKET PURCHASE, ONLY THEN CAN WE PROCEED SUCH A REQUEST.


Admission into the Venue
  • The person in whose name the ticket is issued must also be present at the door with valid photo ID.
  • A printout of the order receipt issued by TicketDhamaka.com should be produced at the venue.
  • Any failure in providing the aforementioned documents may result in denial of admission to the event with no refund.
  • In case of event being cancelled/postponed, contact Event Management on the ticket
Denial of Admission

If you have difficulty gaining admission to an event, contact the Event Management team on your ticket. If the issue you are experiencing is not resolved and you are denied admission, you must obtain proof from the venue verifying that you were denied entry and send that to the Event Management along with a statement describing the specific circumstances.
